Reissue policy. Only certificates which include re-issuance capability (all VeriSign and GlobalSign certificates, all GeoTrust certificates, RapidSSL PRO and RapidSSL PRO Wildcard certificates) can be reissued free of charge. Reissues for other certificates will involve an admin fee. Please ask before purchase if you are unsure if your certificate includes reissuance insurance or not.

Refund Policy. If your certificate does not work as intended and you need a replacement or a refund, ssl247.co.uk will cancel, or refund fees following issuance or renewal of a certificate upon request by the Subscriber within thirty (30) days of issue date. To request a cancellation, refund or a reissue, a Subscriber should contact SSL247's customer service by emailing support@ssl247.co.uk.
