Without our SSL API, this is the process you need to go through to get a certificate for a client:

• You need to manually collect application information from your client. You then need to check it, readjust it and send it to us manually via MySSL. This step of the process costs you time and money and delays your customer receiving their certificate.
• We go through the validation process, using the information your have sent to us on behalf of your client.
• Once approved, we send you your client’s certificate. You then need to send it manually to your customer – acting as a middle man, and going through an extra, unnecessary layer of process.
• Your customer finally receives his certificate.
