Installing your SSL Certificate / Web Server Certificate / Secure Server Certificate from ssl247.co.uk

Firstly when your issuance email arrives you will have two certificates in the email - your server certificate and a UTN chained certificate.

Copy the UTN chained certificate into a text editor such as notepad and save as chain.txt.
Copy your web server certificate into a text editor such as notepad and save as yourdomain.txt.

Note: Copy the entire contents of the certificate from (and including) the - - - - -BEGIN CERTIFICATE- - - - - and - - - - -END CERTIFICATE- - - - - lines.

1. Open your control panel home page
   
   
2. Click SSL on your control panel home page.
   
   
3. Click the Edit icon in the SSL field on the Web Services page.
   
   
4. Enter the yourdomain.txt file into the box named Install Certificate based on previously generated Certificate request and click Upload.

5. Enter the chain.txt file into the box Certificate Chain File and click Install. Note, if you are administering Shared SSL, this section is referred to as the Certificate Authority File.
