What is compulsory to install my SSL Certificate for Cisco SCA 11000

Please follow these instructions to install your SSL certificate on Cisco Secure Content Accelerators (SCA) 11000:

  1. Once you received your SSL certificate by e-mail, please copy and paste it into a text file (with Notepad or Wordpad) and save the file with the .crt extension. (Include the tags -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- and -----END CERTIFICATE-----).

  2. Download your Intermediate Certificate. Copy and paste the content in a text file called inter.crt.

  3. You can install your certificate by typing this command line:
    # enable
    # configure
    # cert MyCertificate create
    # pem-paste

Copy your certificate (from Step 1) and paste it into the Cisco prompt. Your certificate is stored in MyCertificate.

  1. Install the intermediate certificate by typing this command line:
    # ssl
    # cert Int create
    # pem inter.crt
    # certgroup CACertGroup create
    # cert Int
    # end

  2. Create a logical server
    # server servername create
    # ip address 10.0.0.1
    # localport 443
    # remoteport 81
    # secpolicy myPol
    # certgroup chain CACertGroup
    # cert new_cert
    # key new_key
    # finished
    # write flash
